H.E Alhaji Said Sinare wishes moslems well on occassion of Eid-ul-Adha blamed Nana Addo for high hajj fee.

The National vice chairman of the National Democratic Congress, H.E Alhaji Said Sinare has sent a special goodwill message to all Muslims on the occasion of Saturday’s Eid-ul-Adha.

A statement signed by the NDC’s zongo president, said Alhaji Sinare has also congratulated Muslims for their significant contribution to the progress and development of Ghana and wished them well during the ensuing year.

Eid-ul-Adha, which is the Festival of Sacrifice, is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Isma’il as an act of obedience to God, before God intervened to provide him with a ram to sacrifice instead.

According to the Vice-chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, “the lesson of Ibrahim’s unwavering obedience to Allah to sacrifice Isma’il, his own son, should remind World of the need to remain obedient to the teachings and practices of Allah as this holds the key to the unity and progress of humanity”.

He also raised the alarm over the incessant charge of the cost on  the journey to the holy land (MECCA) this year and he attributed the exponential increase to the failure of president Nana Addo Danqua led NPP government.

I would like to send my sincere greetings for a promising Eid al-Adha to Muslims in our country and around the world on the occasion of the conclusion of the Hajj journey.
This unique day serves as a moment to celebrate those who have given their all for Allah.
Millions of Muslims travel to Mecca every year to perform the Hajj as a sign of their faith. Eid al-Adha signifies the end of this pilgrimage.
I would like to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to congratulate and wish safe travels home to the millions of pilgrims who did the Hajj this year in the face of the economic hardship in the country, where the cost of performing the Hajj or Umrah pilgrimages to Mecca has increased exponentially under the leadership of President Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo Addo and his Npp government.
Eid al-Adha is a particularly poignant occasion for contemplating the ideals of kindness, selflessness, and service that cut across all religious traditions. There has never been a more crucial time to consider and live by these principles.
As we solemnly celebrate in our various mosques, let’s pray to the Almighty for a quick and permanent way out of this economic pestilence that will alter the
glamorous celebrations that usually come with Sallah, and let’s remember people of other faiths in our prayers, as it is only our collective wellness that can move us forward as a country.
I want to enjoin everyone of goodwill to be steadfast in love for one another and demonstrate renewed commitment to Allah’s words in order to make our society ideal for all people and towards the realization of Allah’s dream while celebrating with our Muslim brothers on this auspicious occasion of Eid el-Kabir Sallah, which symbolizes sacrifice and obedience.
We must make sure that we fully internalize the virtues of Prophet Ibrahim, who sacrificed his only son in accordance with God’s command, during this holiday of the feast. In addition to making the sacrifice, we must continue to pray for world peace, racial harmony, and religious tolerance since they are vital to upholding the glory of our beloved country.
I would like to wish all my Muslim brothers and sisters a happy and blessed Eid al-Adha celebration. Eid Mubarak and Hajj Mabrour.
