The National Democratic Congress(NDC), Western Regional leadership held a one day communication training workshop for its party communicators from all the 17 constituencies in the region.
Members from all the 17 constituencies benefited from the 1 day capacity training to help sharpen their communication dexterities thus to assist the party by propagating the achievements of NDC & exposing the rots in the governing NPP party.
The capacity building workshop brought together 150 hardworking party faithfuls who are committed and pledged to execute the rescue mission agenda towards victory 2024.
In attendance were, Nana Toku, (Regional chairman)Senior comrades hon. Kofi Totobi Quakyi (former National security Minister) hon.Akwasi Opong-Fosu (former minister local government), ( hon. Isaac Adjei Mensah (mp Wassa East & former Dep. Min of Roads), hon. Emelia Arthur (former Deputy regional minister)and other regional executives.
Meanwhile, the astute National communication officer of the NDC lawyer Sammy Gyamfi also spoke on modern communication strategies and skills needed to cripple the propaganda of the ruling government and aid sell the achievements of the NDC.
Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi asked the party’s Communicators to always be abreast with issues and stay focused on persuading people to the side of the great NDC.
The former deputy minister of communication Hon. Felix Kwakye Ofosu gave an expose of the falsehoods, lies, deceit, fabrications and inconsistencies of the NPP government, especially on the already sinking economy of Ghana.
The day’s work shop was dubbed “VICTORY 2024, A COLLECTIVE EFFORT OF ALL COMMUNICATORS” was the 2nd regional training workshop the region had organised in recent times.
The Regional communication officer ,Mr Richard Kirk Mensah indicated that, the interest shown by members of the in the region was an indication of essence attached to the programme, adding that the objective and goals were achieved.
He encouraged communicators to continue their hardworking and ensure commitment towards the party and assured members that their hardwork will be rewarded after the party victory in 2024 polls.
