Remain committed to winning 2024 polls – Nii Armah Ashitey to NDC

Former Greater Accra Regional minister of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Hon.Nii Armah Ashitey has charged the NDC members to channel their energies into ensuring party’s peace, unity and harmony going into 2024 elections.

He urged the party members to desist from practices that sought to destroy the electoral fortunes of NDC ahead of the 2024 elections.

According to him, winning 2024 elections is a done deal for the umbrella Fraternity but members ought to work assiduously to accelerate the growth of NDC for all staunch members to also embrace unity and work effortlessly to improve the counts of the Masses.

As the National Democratic Congress NDC going into its Congress this year, he admonished that in every polls, there will be always winners and losers and so all should be able to appreciate the fact that we are a party with a common goal, purpose and destiny.

“But to the separate the truth from the falsehood, I’m going to win the National chairmanship position and lead the NDC to exhilarating victory” he stressed

He also veered into the future of the youth of the party and the challenges that confront the development of the Ghanaian youth saying NDC should provide the avenue necessary for creating jobs for them.

He again advice that after the Congress members should refrain from indulgence in distractive tendencies to secure a one-touch victory for the party in 2024.

Members should avoid politics of lies, boot licking, sycophancy and hypocrisy,”

He appealed to the youth of the party to “add value” to themselves for them to be offered better positions in future which would mean “growth and development” for the youth of the party.
