Hon. Richard Gyan-Mensah, MP for Gomoa West Donates 50 bags of Cement to Mozano

Hon. Richard Gyan-Mensah Writes

On Friday, 20/08/21
I visited the College of Music Senior High School at Mozano as part of my Tour of Second Cycle Institutions in my constituency, Gomoa West. The visit made it possible to learn of the challenges of the school and to seek their inputs on how my office can collaborate with the school for greater productive outcomes.

Let me reiterate my profound gratitude to the Head Masters and their staff, both academic and non-academic, for their uncommon dedication to their duties, even under quite challenging circumstances. My office shall remain a faithful and a committed partner as we continue to offer our best towards the shaping of the lives of our young brothers and sisters.

I made a donation of 50 bags of Cement towards the completion of some uncompleted projects in the school and absorbed the cost for the construction of the School’s Kitchen. The Home Economics Department also received the underlisted from my office.
1. Five (5) Hand Sewing Machines.
2. Two (2) Gas Stoves with their accessories.
3. Two (2) filled Gas Cylinders.
4. A cash support.

As part of my support for brilliant but needy students and pupils, I have adopted Miss Praba Amoh, an amazingly eloquent Form 2 General Arts student in the school. I have vaulted a cash amount to the school authorities to be used to cater for all incidental costs of her education for the rest of her stay in school. The reaction of Praba to this news was extremely gratifying. It is my hope that the gesture will motivate other students to take their school work serious and work hard at improving their outcomes.
