Hon. Richard Gyan Mensah Visit “Obronyi Kofi Stream” Projects in his Constituency

Hon. Richard Gyan Mensah, Member of Parliament for Gomoa West visit his Constituency to inspect the desilting stream of Obronyi Kofi at Apam Nsuekyir.

After his inspection through the stream and looking at the way forward in providing good path for the water to flow to avoid flooding. Hon. Richard took to his page and writes;

This afternoon I inspected the desilting of Obronyi Kofi stream at Apam-Nsuekyir. The exercise brings a huge respite to constituents who live at Apam Nsuekyir and Mamfam as the stream has become a source of severe flooding even with the slightest downpour due to the heavy silt it has accumulated over the years.

The desilting of the stream was an issue of serious concern during my Thank You Tour to Apam last week.

Let me register my sincerest heart-felt thanks to the District Assembly for responding promptly to my call for the desilting of the stream. I equally thank the Assembly Member for Nsuekyir, Hon. Otoo for his proactiveness towards the project. Indeed, the desilting of Obronyi Kofi stream is good news to opinion leaders of Apam and residents of Mamfam, Nsuekyir and Apam at large.

Together, we shall make Gomoa West work again.
