News reaching StateNewsGhana.com has it that respected legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has lost his wife Mrs. Evelyn Ampaw.
The celebrated lawyer has always spoken about how his wife has been a pillar in his life before he was called to the bar.
Just last Sunday, Lawyer Ampaw spoke highly of his wife describing her as someone who turned down rich men to settle with him when he hadn’t finished his law school.
According to him, his wife was advised by others to ditch him since “a Lawyer would never settle down with a seamstress”.
He quipped that despite the advise, his wife never gave up on him and it is one of the reasons, he cherishes her.
